Q: How do I order?

A: All items are available for order directly through the internet. We use PayPal, an easy to use point a click method that is secure. We currently do not accept phone orders.

Q: How is my order shipped and how much does it cost?

A: Typically your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. When placing an order through our website you will receive an e-mail confirmation and know exactly what the shipping amount of your order will be. Upon shipping your order we will e-mail you the tracking number for your package. Typically items ship in 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted. We CANNOT ship to PO boxes, so please provide your physical address.

Q: Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

A: When ordering online all of your information is transferred through a secure server. We use the PayPal service for our online transactions. PayPal is a top rated internet payment company and provides secure service. D2CollegeGear.com a division of Team Direct Sports and Corporate Outfitters does not share customer information with any 3rd party, we pride ourselves in keeping our customers personal information private.

Q: How do I return a Product?

A: To return a product you must contact customer service (customer_service@d2collegegear.com) to receive a return authorization. We will only accept product returns 15 days from date of purchase and items must be in new condition and original packaging. Products being returned may only be exchanged for similar product. We do not accept returns on custom merchandise, however we do guarantee our workmanship.

Q: How much will tax be?

A: D2CollegeGear.com is responsible for collecting all sales taxes for items shipped to the state of Colorado. All out of state shipments will not require tax.
